List Of Resolutions For An Organized New Year

2016 is almost over, so it is time to eliminate some of the things you don’t need in the house. Instead of sitting all day in front of the TV, it would be good to do a throughout cleaning and get rid of all the things you do not need. Real American homes will give you some advice so you can determine what to keep and what to throw away.

Plastic containers: Do you know that plastic containers should not be used forever? They are meant to be used for a limited period of time otherwise it can be dangerous for your health. After certain time of using, plastic containers can release toxic chemicals that can be absorbed by the food that is stored in them. So, in case you notice that the color started to change or there are some stains that cannot be washed no matter what you do, it is time to throw them away and buy new ones.

Broken dishes: These dishes are not safe to use because you can get cut while washing them. There are a lot of people who use cracked dishes. So, the dish is not broken, but it has a small crack and you think that they are safe to use? Nope, not at all. No matter how big or small that crack is, do not eat off that dish. It is not safe to use, in fact it can be very dangerous. There is a big possibility of swallowing a broken piece of that dish. But that is not the only problem with them. There is a risk of infection because they harbor bacteria. Throw them away.

Rusty baking pans: The food you cook in such pans will not be prepared well and it will taste terrible. You have no idea how dangerous these pans can be. If you are not able to remove the rust with scrubbing and cleaning, that pan is no longer safe to use. Rust harbors the most dangerous bacteria that may be the cause of fatal diseases.

Old coasters and wooden spoons:  Maybe coasters cannot cause you any kind of harm, but old wooden spoons that changed their color can. Spoons, coasters and other kitchen utensils are not meant to be used forever. They need to be replaced after 2 – 3 years of using. But if you are very good at cleaning and you have a method to perfectly clean the utensils, there is no reason why you should not use them.

Expired products: We all have some expired products in our homes, whether it is in the kitchen or the bathroom. You bought something and completely forgot about it and never used it again. It is best to throw it away in order to prevent it from reusing it. Examine the refrigerator, the freezer, the shelves, and throw away everything that you are not planning to use in the future.
